A pelvic CT with contrast revealed a 3.42.6 cm gluteal hematoma and a pseudoaneurysm of the right gluteal artery in the right piri-formis muscle immediately adjacent to the right PSIS (Figure 1A). These muscles obtain their vascular supply from the inferior epigastric arteries and the circumflex iliac arteries.
